This report is recommended for any high volume, particularly sensitive orders, or if a change was made after submitting the initial order to the manufacturer. The report should be performed prior to 20% of order completion. The Production Report will confirm that the correct materials are used and that any agreed manufacturing process is being followed. Specifications can be confirmed, finishing of partial or completed products can be assessed. Any modifications to the initial order (possibly as a result of the Specification Report) can be checked and confirmed. Storage of the materials used as well as any partially or fully completed products, packaged or not, can also be confirmed. This will avoid any finished surfaces being exposed to accidental damage or marking while waiting for assembly or packaging. The rate of production can be assessed and an updated ETA for completion presented.

You may also schedule follow up inspections during the manufacturing cycle. The dates and times of these inspections should be arranged prior with our agents. However, our agents can arrive at the manufacturing location with minimal notice to the vendor.
